Additionally, it is certified by IAPMO for reducing 20 harmful substances, including Particulate Class I at 99.67%, ethylbenzene at 99.59%, trimethoprim and over 99% of 2,4 D, Lindane, MTBE, and atrazine. We use coconut shell carbon blocks from Sri Lanka, which offer a larger surface area and more micropores than inferior carbon blocks. This results in highly effective filtration of chlorine, dirt, sediment, rust, and a wide range of heavy metals as tested by a third-party laboratory. Our filter housing is BPA-free and NSF 372 certified for lead-free filtration and is food-grade.

Regular Filter Changes

To maintain optimal performance, we recommend replacing the filter after 4800 cups of water (300 gallons) or 6 months. For your convenience, we provide complimentary installation stickers to indicate when the filter needs replacement. Water conditions may vary, so adjust the replacement based on local water quality.
